Group sessions are typically small groups of two to three persons lead by instructor Barb DeVault. Because classes are shared by more people, sessions are able to cost less. Group sessions are also an excellent way to spend time with friends while getting in some exercise! Group sessions are recommended for any level of experience or fitness.
Private sessions are one-on-one classes lead by Barb DeVault. The individualized attention is perfect for beginners just learning the ropes, or advanced students who are interested in taking their workouts to the next level!
